2nd CLEAR Youth Network Congress
The CLEAR Eco-camping graduates from the municipalities of Tanay, Los Baños, Lumban and cities of Muntinlupa and San Pablo gathered again in July 2007 at the 2nd CLEAR Youth Network Congress. The event aimed to further explore ideas, exchange information, and strengthen mutual support among the groups in terms of their lake conservation activities. Its theme was “Wetlands and Climate Change“, serving it as the venue in enhancing the awareness of the participants on the intertwined issues of climate change and wetlands.
The congress was held on 14 & 15 July 2007 at Punta Verde Resort and Convention Center in Pansol, Calamba, Laguna. It was supported by the Municipal Government of Tanay, CBK Power Company, Ltd., Friends of Seven Lakes Foundation, Municipal Government of Lumban, University of the Philippines – Los Baños and various youth organizations of the participants.

Forty-one (41) youth representatives who came from the municipalities of Tanay, Los Baños and Lumban, and from the cities of Muntinlupa and San Pablo participated in the congress. Six (6) teacher/chaperones and one coordinator from the local government of Tanay also attended the event.
