To promote wetlands conservation among the park visitors, signages were put up all over the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center at in North Avenue / Quezon Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. The messages include:
- the theme of the celebration, which is From the mountains to the sea, wetlands at work for us
- the definition of wetlands
- the importance of wetlands
- what one can do to help conserve wetlands
