In the International Training of Trainers on Wetland Management held in Bogor, Indonesia on 05-23 March 2007, two members of the Society for the Conservation of Philippine Wetlands, Inc. were sent to participate. Ms. Che Prudente and Ms. Amy Lecciones joined other participants from other countries in Asia in the training which focused on the multi-stakeholder processes that play an important role in wetland management and the need for transboundary and cross-sectoral cooperation to manage the natural resources of wetlands.
